The dearth of surgeries willing to accept NHS patients means that a new NHS practice will see long queues forming down the street when it opens its doors on day one. ‘Patient Pre-registration’ advertises the new practice a month or more in advance and enables prospective new NHS patients to register using a free telephone number which handles an unlimited number of concurrent calls, ie no engaged signal.
Also the new practice can accept appointments for treatment from the first day without having to spend profitless days just registering new patients.
Although a feature of our Integrated HR Management, the Recruitment facility can be used stand-alone. It controls new vacancies and recruitment campaigns, stores CVs, manages interview appointments and standard letters to applicants.
Time and Attendance, which can be linked to payroll, in another feature of overall HR Management which can be used independently and controls contracts, timesheets, absences (vacation, sickness, maternity, remote working), benefits and pensions.

Patient Management is an up and running feature of a wider CRM package under development.
The CRM software enables teams and departments to share a customer / patient database which is updated in real time, and thereby provides a platform to automate the management of company contacts and customers, whether they be commercial customers or members of the public ie patients.
The software is based on award-winning java technology and MySQL which can be run on many different platforms. It integrated with SIP and SKYPE softfones.
